The Great Data Heist of 2025 and Court Orders

As American citizens, we should ALL be extremely worried about what is going on in Washington DC. The fact that the man at the helm, Mr. Trump, has given authorization to private citizens, with no affiliation to the US Government whatsoever, to access our personal and private information is quite alarming. We fight everywhere to keep our information private and protected. It is the very reason we have such things as the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. With raids on the US Treasury and, presumably, access to Medicare and Medicaid, Mr. Trump has violated our rights by way of his support of Elon Musk and his cronies. The myriad of lawsuits filed in courts across the United States show just how fed up with this toddler temper-tantrum the American people are.

Speaking of courts, it has been reported that J.D. Vance doesn’t think the courts can do anything about the Executive Branch. It is humorous because he has a law degree. He should also know that we all learn in elementary school about the 3-branch system of government to provide checks and balances to keep toddlers like Mr. Trump from becoming a tyrant. And, since the Republicans in Congress are too busy kissing ass and saving face to prevent backlash from Mr. Trump, it is up to the Judicial Branch to step in where the Legistlative Branch is falling well short of protecting our Constitution. If you ask me, anyone in Congress who has not stepped up publicly to denounce what is going on in Washington DC should be replaced. They clearly DO NOT HAVE THE FREEDOMS OF THEIR CONSTITUENTS on their agenda.

I would love to see the courts hold Elon, Mr. Trump, or even Mr. Vance in contempt of the court, fined massive amounts of money, and thrown in jail. I know there would be a LOT of Americans and others around the world celebrating to see these three in jail, especially the 34-time felon, Mr. Trump. What a pitiful disgrace this administration has brought on the United States of America in just three short weeks. The positive? Less than four years to go. Let’s hope this nation survives it. One last thing. Where is the military to protect our Constitution? Oh, that’s right. Saving face with the Congressional Republicans. What a waste of human matter.
